- There may be a few problems which can cause these symptoms. Most obvious is
- hard drive space. Check that you have enough left.

- Second, are you using MuFS? This can cause havoc to saving updates if you're
- not logged in as the owner of the file because it won't let you
- update/overwrite your documents, and Pagestream doesn't return any error. It
- seems to think the save worked fine and you don't realise there was a
- problem until you go to reload the document.

- Third, are you getting very low on RAM? I've had this problem before with an
- earlier version of Pagestream. It would let me create a document but not
- save it completely due to low memory.

- My suggestion would be to repeat the exercise, checking the above items, and
- when you save it, save another copy under another name. Using the CLI, check
- the datestamp and file size before you quit Pagestream to ensure it was
- saved.
